3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Palm Beach Gardens Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are free of charge and are based on a physical on-site assessment of the project. Written estimates are provided before any work begins.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
• Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins (such as hidden damage, subfloor issues, or changes in material costs). Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to the client before additional work proceeds.
• Verbal estimates or ballpark figures provided before an on-site visit are not binding.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled, we ask that clients provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time) may result in a rescheduling fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible if this occurs.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or service agreement provided before work begins. Standard terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required to hold a project start date.
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of estimate. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Obtaining any necessary HOA or municipal approvals before work begins, where applicable.
• Ensuring access to the property during the scheduled work hours.

7. Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms, including coverage period and conditions, will be specified in the written project agreement.

• Warranty coverage applies to defects in workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, improper maintenance, chemical exposure beyond normal use, or conditions disclosed to us as pre-existing before work began.
• Material warranties, where applicable, are subject to the terms of the manufacturer.

8. Limitation of Liability
